The aim of this mission was to propose design options for schools and storm shelters adapted to the conditions of the Irrawaddy Delta in the south of Myanmar. This work, served as technical basis for the school reconstruction program, launched by SDC in 2009, in the area devastated by the Cyclone Nargis in May 2008.
